Ridgid 606 Lever Bender
The Ridgid 606 (38043) Heavy Duty Instrument Bender is specially designed for bending hard tubing, including stainless steel, steel, copper, and titanium. A simple two-stage design allows bends from 90¡ to 180¡ without ever crossing the handles, keeping bends in-plane and accurate. Lock/unlock easily with a half-turn rotation of the bending handle. Roll dies in the bending form work to reduce tube flattening (ovality) as well as the force required for bending. Gain marks on front of the form ensure properly aligned bending angles. The extra-long handles increase leverage, while the cushioned handle grips improve bending ease. The 606 Instrument Bender can be used either hand held or while mounted in a vise (not included). Vise mounting provides extra stability and is especially useful when bending hard or thick-walled materials.
